كتابة رسالة رسمية لطلب منحة
في مستوى الثانية بكالوريا ينبغي على التلاميذ تعلم كتابة مجموعة من الإنشاء ات باللإنجليزية أهمها: فقرة لوصف لشخص ما (descriptive paragraph) و البريد الإلكتروني (e-mail) و التقرير حول ندوة (report on a seminar) و إنشاء ات أخرى. كل هذه الدروس موجودة على قناتي على اليوتوب من هنا. في هذا الدرس سأقدم لك نمودج رسالة رسمية لطلب منحة لتأسيس جمعية ما. هذا الدرس يندرج ضمن الدروس المهمة جدا في مستوى الثانية بكالوريا في مجزوءة التنمية المستدامة (sustainable development).
قبل الشروع في كتابة رسالة طلب منحة لتأسيس جمعية، ينبغي أولا تحديد أهم الأفكار التي يجب أن تتضمنها الرسالة الرسمية. هذه الأفكار هي:

🔴 Sector Of Work (نطاق العمل)
🔴 Objectives Of The Association (أهداف الجمعية)
➡️ Provide school supplies to students in primary schools and high schools
➡️ Combat child labor in remote areas and sensitize parents about the dangers of the phenomenon
🔴 Activities Of The Association (أنشطة الجمعية)
➡️ Sing partnerships with other associations and organizations to eradicate exclusion and marginalization
➡️ Organize yearly trips for students to different Moroccan cities to entertain them
🔴 Materials (الوسائل)
➡️ School supplies like books, pens, school bags, pens
➡️ Clothes and bed covers for children in remote areas
➡️ A Place to organize seminars to sensitize people about the effects of child labor and illiteracy
🔴 Budget (الميزانية)

Dear Sir / Mme.
I am writing this letter to apply for a grant in order to establish "The Smiling Flower" association to help women and children in rural areas. Our association works within the social sector.
This association has different objectives. For instance, it will fight illiteracy among women and children in rural areas. Besides, we will provide school supplies to students in primary schools and high schools. In addition, we will double our efforts to Combat child labor in remote areas and sensitize parents about the dangers of the phenomenon.
"The smiling Flower" will also engage in different activities. This includes organizing teaching classes in remote areas for women and children and organizing yearly trips for students to different Moroccan cities to entertain them. Moreover, our association will sign partnerships with other associations and organizations in order to eradicate exclusion and marginalization
To implement this project, this association needs some crucial supplies such as: A van for school transportation, some school supplies like books, pens, school bags, pens as well as clothes and bed covers for children in remote areas. Furthermore, our long term plan involves building a place to organize seminars to sensitize people about the effects of child labor and illiteracy.
To achieve all the above objectives, this association requires a budget that can be estimated at 200.000 DHS
