What is Brain Drain?
Brain Drain refers to the emigration of intellectuals and experts from underdeveloped countries to developed countries in order to look for a better life.
هجرة الأدمغة هي هجرة النخب المثقفة و الخبراء من الدول الفقيرة نحو الدول المتقدمة للبحث عن حياة أفضل
Causes of Brain Drain
هناك عدة أسباب تجعل الفئات المثقفة تترك بلدانها للبحث عن حياة أفضل في الدول المتقدمة. كلن سنقسم هذ الأسباب إلى نوعين. النوع الأول يسمى [Push Factors] و يعني العوامل الدافعة و النوع الثاني من الأسباب يسمى [Pull Factors] و يعني العوامل المستقطبة. الصورة أسفله توضح ذلك أكثر
