On the one hand, skilled people emigrate to rich countries to look for a better life. In addition, they can have more job opportunities. In this way, they can improve their living conditions and help their families. Moreover, their children can study in the best schools and universities. Besides, they can send money to their families. As a result, they will contribute to the development of their economy.
On the other hand, when skilled workers emigrate to rich countries, their home countries lose important people. Therefore, schools, universities, and hospitals don't have skilled workers. Also, countries spend a lot of money to educate these people, but they don't benefit from their talents.
In short, I think that Brain Drain can be good for individuals, but it has bad impacts on governments. Therefore, governments in poor countries should create more job opportunities in order to stop brain drain.
